Weigh-Tronix engaged us to redesign the interface and remote controls for its Dillon line of industrial scales, aiming for a solution that was more intuitive, usable, and ergonomic. Collaborating closely with industrial designers, we developed two remote-control concepts that significantly enhanced usability in demanding environments.

  • Ergonomic form factor optimized for use while wearing gloves
  • Color-coded interface elements grouped by functionality for faster, more intuitive operation
    Durable substrate materials with embossed, pressure-sensitive buttons for long-term performance and tactile feedback

The redesign balanced function, durability, and clarity—key factors in industrial settings where quick, error-free operation is critical.
